BACK TO KNIFES

Designed by custom knifemaker Fred Carter, this new Harley-Davidson Racing Knife features a 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum handle constructed of precision CNC machined parts with a scratch resistant hard anodized finish. A cold-forged aluminum Harley-Davidson logo shield adorns the front of the handle. The laser-etched 440 stainless steel blade is fully heat treated, plus CRYOEDGE, cryogenically tempered to -300°F for superior edge life, then coated in black titanium. The blade can easily be opened with the left or right hand using the built-on ambidextrous thumbstud. Each knife is presented in an alumium storage case.
